Our Work

  • Used a variety of outreach methods to engage residents, businesses, elected officials and other stakeholders in conversations about the needs of each fee program area

  • Used the newly adopted CCTA Countywide Transportation Model to develop future year forecasts for deficiency analysis and needs assessment. The modeling and analysis will be used to develop a nexus between the fee schedule and the impacts of the future development

  • Explored with the County staff fee options that include multimodal needs, vehicle miles traveled, and housing unit size, among other factors
