DKS recognizes that transportation planning and engineering impact diverse and complex communities with varying views and perspectives. Therefore, DKS is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in delivering transportation projects with transparency and accountability. DKS demonstrates this commitment by promoting and encouraging DEIB within DKS and in the communities we impact. The DKS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEIB) Committee is a group of rotating employee-owners who provide input and propose actions on DEIB initiatives to DKS leadership. These actions include hosting events and sharing content focused on educating our employee-owners to help guide the next generation of transportation engineers and planners.
