As a senior transportation project manager, Richard brings experience managing traffic signals, illumination systems, ITS, and roundabout analysis projects. He clearly communicates with clients and listens to truly understand and meet their needs. Richard has extensive experience with a wide range of computer applications such as Microsoft Project as well as transportation engineering applications that include Synchro, SimTraffic, SIDRA, HCS, AGI Lighting Analysis, and AutoCAD. Richard’s technical skills, depth of experience, and personal style will help DKS provide clients with innovative services. Richard received a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Washington. He is currently the ITE Washington Student Activities Committee Chair.
